Potential clients have complained about my rates being high. From my standpoint, having an above-average (not “high”) rate means that I don’t have to deal with your hare-brained, half-assed idea of a website. If you are willing to drop good cash on web development, I know you care about your product enough to make good use of my time.
I’m not going to pretend that I’m cheap, nor that most problems can’t be solved by someone else for a lot less — but if you want a reliable, jack of all trades, experienced problem solver, only the best will do. It’s one of those situations where cheap can cost you more in the long run.
There are two types of people and companies: sayers and doers. SicanStudios is firmly in the second camp. There is a greek proverb saying (free translation): “Many words are poverty” – Τα πολλα λογια ειναι φτωχεια.
In this kind of business, the portfolio should speak for itself; the portfolio is the one which should best represent a design company.
